Prof. Yuichi Ikuhara won the Ichimura Prize in Science for Excellent Achievement
Prof. Yuichi Ikuhara, PI at AIMR, won the 55th Ichimura Prize in Science for Excellent Achievement.
This Prize was awarded by the Ichimura Foundation for New Technology to researchers or groups who have distinguished themselves by an outstanding contribution to the academic field.
Prof. Ikuhara was recognized for his research in the development of electron microscopy for direct atomic observations and innovation of nanomaterials by controlling crystalline defects.
