Dr. Butsurin Jinnai received Kioxia Research Award (Device)
Dr. Butsurin Jinnai at the AIMR received Kioxia Research Award (Device).
This award is based on a rigorous review of one year's worth of research results from the Kioxia Encouragement Research conducted in FY 2021 by a steering committee comprised of Kioxia’s researchers and engineers, and one excellence award in each of the three categories of device, process, and system has been selected for academic contributions to science and engineering. Dr. Jinnai was honored for his work ‘high-performance ultra-small magnetic tunnel junctions toward high-density STT-MRAM’.
